O R D E R

Amjad Ali Sahito, J. This single order would dispose of captioned four bail applications filed on behalf of applicants Wajaz Ahmed, Muhammad Nawaz and Khan alias Gul Khan, in crime No.09, 10 & 11 of 2022 registered with P.S Bakrani, for offences punishable under Sections 395 P.P.C and 24 of the Sindh Arms Act, 2013 respectively.

            None present for the applicant; no intimation is received. These bail applications are pending since May, 2022, without any progress.

            From perusal of the record it appears that names of the applicants are appearing in the F.I.R with specific role that they committed the offence of snatching cash amount and mobiles phones from the complainant and prosecution witnesses. After registration of the F.I.R, the applicants/ accused were arrested and during investigation the police recovered certain robbed property and crime weapons from their possession.

            In view of the above, the captioned bail applications are hereby dismissed. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the case and conclude the same preferably within two months and furnish such compliance report to this Court through Additional Registrar.
