            After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied and would not press this bail application, if the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within some reasonable time.

            The above proposition is not opposed by learned D.P.G. appearing for State.

            Accordingly, instant bail application stands dismissed as not pressed. However, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite trial of the case and conclude it within a period of preferably 60-days after receipt of this order. The applicant would be at liberty to repeat bail application before learned trial Court, if the case is not concluded within stipulated time, which would be decided by learned trial Court on its merits in accordance with law.
