                   The Asst. A. G. has filed statements of respondents No.1, 3 and 4, which are taken on record and copies provided to the advocate for the petitioner.

                   The learned Asst. A. G. states that after committing murder of Ahmed Ali son of Illahi Bux Chandio on 12.6.2008, petitioner’s husband Ghulam Hussain, his brothers Ghulam Sarwar, Ghulam Umar, his nephews Hyder, Ghulam Qadir and Zulfiqar are absconding except Ghulam Sarwar, who has been recently arrested on 21.5.2009.  He contends that the present petition has been filed with a design to pressurize the police officers not to take steps for the arrest of the absconders in the murder case.  

                   Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner’s husband and other absconders shall surrender themselves before the trial Court.  However, he doesn’t press the petition.  Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as not pressed.
