                        Learned State counsel files progress report of S.P Investigation, Shikarpur, alongwith certain documents, which are taken on record. 

                        As per earlier progress report submitted by D.P.O Shikarpur, on 11.5.2009, the alleged detainee Mst. Shaheen Gul has been murdered by respondents No. 5 to 8 and others in the month of February 2008, and such F.I.R has been registered on behalf of the State against the accused vide crime No. 84/2009, for offences punishable under section 302, 201, 109, 117, 34 P.P.C. 

                        Today, S.P. Investigation Shikarpur has filed progress report of the case, stating that they have filed the charge sheet against the accused in the Court having jurisdiction.  In view of the above position the present petition become infructuous, therefore, the same is hereby disposed of accordingly in the above terms.
