            Pursuant to the directions of this Court, Mr. Yar Muhammad, Focal Person to the Secretary of Provincial Transport Authority, has shown appearance, whereas, learned Addl. A.G. Sindh has filed parawise comments on behalf of the respondent No.8, which is taken on record, copy of which has been supplied to the petitioner’s counsel.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.1,3,5 & 6, has also filed parawise comments, which are also taken on record, copy of which has also been supplied to the petitioner’s counsel.

Learned Addl. A.G. Sindh submits that necessary steps/action are being taken in order to ensure that all public transports shall be allowed to ply on the roads after fulfillment of all codal formalities, whereas, appropriate action is being taken against the delinquent person and the vehicle who violates the relevant laws.

In view of the detailed comments filed on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied, however, submits that the respondents may be directed to enforce the relevant law i.e. Motor Vehicle Rules, etc. and to take action against the delinquent person, who violates such rules and law.

Since such detailed comments have already been filed, wherein it has been stated that necessary steps/actions are being taken to ensure compliance of the Court’s orders, therefore, we dispose of instant petition with directions to the respondents to ensure strict adherence and compliance to the Court’s orders and the relevant law, rules and regulations relating to registration, licensing and other transport law, whereas, in case of any violation, necessary action shall be taken against the delinquent persons and vehicles in accordance with relevant law.

Petition sands disposed of in the above terms alongwith listed applications.
