Through instant petition, petitioner has sought for directions of this Court to the official respondents, including the police to take action against such delinquent persons, who are engaged in the illegal business of manufacturing and selling of “gutka” and “manpuri” in the Province of Sindh, and to ensure that directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in such type of similar matters shall be complied with in letter and spirit.
