Aftab Ahmed Gorar, J.:- Learned Assistant Advocate General Sindh files para-wise comments along with certain documents on behalf of respondent No.2, wherein criminal record of husband of the petitioner has been shown. Copy of same has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner, who after examining the same, being satisfied, seeks disposal of the petition, with directions to official respondents not to harass the petitioner and provide legal protection.
2. Learned Assistant Advocate General Sindh as well as Assistant Prosecutor General Sindh submitted that official respondents are legally bound to provide legal protection to all the citizens including the petitioner without any discrimination. He after going through the record, ensures that official respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and provide legal protection of life, honour and property to the petitioner in the manner that no one shall cause her harassment.
3. In view of above instant petition is disposed of with directions to official respondents to conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and provide necessary legal protection of life, honour and property to the petitioner in the manner that no one shall cause her harassment.
