After hearing the learned counsel for the parties at some length, by consent, instant petition is being disposed of with directions to the petitioner to file an application for urgent hearing of appeal before the concerned bench of the Appellate Tribunal, Sindh Revenue Board, within seven-days from the date of this order, whereafter, the Appellate Tribunal, SBR, after hearing both the parties, shall decide the petitioner’s appeal, preferably, within a period of four weeks, from the date when the petitioner may approach the Appellate Tribunal with a request of urgent hearing of appeal. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not enforce the recovery of the impugned demand, which is subject matter of appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, Sindh Revenue Board, till its disposal by the Tribunal, however, such disposal of appeal shall not later than two months from the date of this order.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms alongwith listed application.
