O R D E R

Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, J: Through this bail application, applicant/ accused Mst. Zubaida w/o Abdul Latif Kalhoro is seeking her pre-arrest bail in FIR No.239/2020, registered at Police Station FIA Crime Circle Sukkur, under section 420 and 109 PPC. Earlier her same plea was declined by the learned Sessions Judge Khairpur, vide order dated 30.08.2021.

2. Learned Prosecutor FIA at the very outset submits that they approached all the courts but no court is accepting the challan. In these circumstances there is still only the FIR and challan has not been accepted by any of the court. He further submits that in such situation he has no objection for confirmation of bail.

3. In view of above position and the no objection tendered by learned Prosecutor FIA the bail application is allowed and interim pre-arrest bail earlier granted to the applicant vide order dated 01.11.2021, is hereby confirmed on same terms and conditions.
