            Through the instant constitution petition, petitioner  has prayed for the following reliefs:

a)                     To direct respondents to restore and settle same polling station i.eGovt (B) Primary School Umar Shar as settled in the previous Elections,2008& 2013.

b)                     To declare the act of respondents for changing/delimitation the polling station of petitioner from Govt. Boys Primary School Umar Shar to Quaid-e-Azam Rangers School Raunti, on the instance of politicians of ruling party, is illegal, null, void and without justification.

2.         Notices were issued against the respondents as well as D.A.G.

3.         Parawise comments are filed by respondent No.3.

4.         Mr. Abdul MajeedMemon counsel for petitioner has mainly contended that son of petitioner namely: Din Muhammad had filed objections before D.R.OGhotki and pointed out that change of polling station would cause inconvenience to the voters of the area. Counsel for petitioner admits that application was dismissed on account of non-prosecution. Now the petitioner has directly approached this Court without exhausting the remedy available to him under section 59 of the Elections Act 2017.

5.                     Counsel appearing for Election Commission of Pakistan and Assistant Attorney General  submitsthat polling station of Govt. Boys Primary School Umar Shar to Quaid-e-Azam Rangers School Raunti has been established after visit of R.O&D.R.O. It is also pointed out by counsel appearing for Election Commission of Pakistan that lists of polling station has already been finalized and said list is available on the website of Election Commission of Pakistan. No legal justification has been given for change of polling station. Petition is without merit and the same is dismissed.
