                        Masroor Ahmed Jatoi, Incharge D.P.O, Larkana, files his statement signed by him through Inspector (Legal) Azizullah Abbasi with his affidavit, Inspector Mazhar Hussain DSP Headquarter Sukkur, SIP Mukhtiar Ahmed Bugti SHO PS Naudero, Inspector Abdul Malik Bhutto SHO PS Pano Akil and Inspector Makhdoom Ghulam Mohammad SPO Pano Akil also filed their separate statements duly signed by them and supported by their respective affidavits; D.P.O Sukkur files statement signed by him through his subordinate Inspector Mazhar Hussain DPS Headquarter Sukkur supported by his affidavit, which are taken on record and copies thereof have been delivered to the learned advocate for the petitioners.

 

                        The above police officers present in court state that no case is registered against the petitioners at any police station under their respective jurisdiction and that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioners and they will provide full protection to the petitioners whenever needed.

 

                        Learned advocate for the petitioners after going through the statements and in view of the undertaking given by the police officers in court, states that the grievance of the petitioners has been ventilated and he does not want to proceed further with this petition, which may be disposed of.

 

                        In view of the above position this petition is disposed of in the above terms. Order accordingly.
