3. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied and would not press instant petition if, directions may be issued to the respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the application of the petitioner in respect of demarcation of his land bearing S. No.265 deh Kandri Taluka Rohri district, Sukkur.

Learned AAG present in Court in other cases, waives notice of this petition and recorded no objection for the above proposal.

In view of above, instant Constitutional Petition is disposed of together with listed applications with directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to decide the application of the petitioner, according to the title of the land strictly in accordance with law within a period of thirty(30) days, under intimation to this Court through Additional Registrar.
