                        Both the detainees have been produced in Court.  SIP Khalid Hussain Sarki SHO P.S Garhi Khairo states that after settlement the detainee Abdul Karim has been set free, whereas no case was instituted against detainee Khair Bux. SHO tenders unconditional apology for detaining Khair Bux without being required in any case, and  assures that in future he would be careful and would personally see that no wrong has been caused to the petitioner or their family members at the hands of respondent No. 2. The petitioner also excused the respondents as well as the police officials and seek permission to withdraw this petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a warning to SIP Khalid Hussain Sarki, SHO P.S Garhi Khairo to exercise the powers so vested in him honestly, diligently, efficiently and in a careful manner.
