Plaintiff present in person and states that he has moved an application being CMA No.9661/08 with the prayer that he may be allowed to proceed with the case by himself but subsequently some wisdom has gone upon him and he has decided to engage the senior counsel Mr. Shamsuddin Khalid, who is present and made a statement that he will file his vakalatnama and onward he proceed with the case of the plaintiff.

In view of the above, the list application having become infructuous, which is dismissed accordingly.
