            Petitioner Mala Kumari filed this Constitution Petition against the respondents and prayed for the following reliefs:

 

a)      To declare that the impugned letter dated 23.07.2013 issued by the Respondent No.4 is without lawful authority and not sustainable under the law, set aside the same.

 

b)      To direct the Respondent No.4 not to change/ disturb the Merit List prepared by the Respondent No.5 and issue appointment letters strictly in accordance with the said Merit list.

 

c)      To restrain the respondents of Education Department from issuing appointment letter to the candidate appearing at Sr. No.3 in the Merit list and to keep one post of JST in UC Sujawal vacant till final disposal of this petition.

 

d)      To grant any other relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

 

Notices were issued to the respondents as well as AAG. This Court vide order dated 26.11.2014 passed the following order:

Learned AAG seeks further time to file parawise comments. As a last and final chance 02 weeks’ time is allowed for filing parawise comments with direction that on the next date of hearing any senior officer not below the rank of Deputy Secretary of Education Department be present before this Court along with relevant record.

Adjourned to 22.12.2014. Till next date of hearing Respondent No.4 is directed to keep one post of JST in UC Sujawal District Thatta vacant.”

 

            Today respondent No.2 appeared and stated that post of JST is lying vacant in UC Sujawal District Thatta and petitioner qualifies for the same post. Respondent No.2 is prepared to issue the offer order to the petitioner for the said post.

            In the view of the statement of respondent No.2, this petition stands disposed of accordingly.
