It is contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was admitted on interim pre-arrest bail in C.P. No. D-514/2009 by this Court. However, the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution.
Without dilating the merits of the case, the Petitioner is admitted on interim pre-arrest bail upon furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac only) and PR Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
To come up for hearing on 24.06.2009. In the meanwhile, the NAB Authorities may proceed to file comments and supply the copies of the same in advance to the learned counsel for the Petitioner enabling him to controvert the situation, if any. Adjourned to a date in office.
