1.         By this application plaintiffs seek to file Tabulation of electricity consumed by them for the last one year i.e. May, 2002 to May, 2003. Learned counsel for the defendants has no objection if such Tabulation is taken on record. Accordingly, by consent the Tabulation is taken on record. The application has served its purpose and is disposed of accordingly.

2.         This application, for the time being, is not pressed by the plaintiffs’ counsel and is dismissed as such.

3.         It is stated by the defendants’ counsel that a supplementary/detection bill of Rs.82,70,784/- has been issued to the plaintiffs, which they have not paid and until a security is furnished by the plaintiffs, this application may not be granted. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that some case has been decided by this Court in which the issue relating to the examination of matter has been decided and he seeks time to not only bring the said judgement but also to argue-out on this point.

By consent adjourned to 18.9.2007. Interim order passed earlier to continue till the next date.
