STATEMENT OF PETITIONER NO.2
Police produced me before VITH Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate Malir, Karachi, where I recorded my statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. On 07.03.2009 I was available in my home I received telephonic call of Asghar Ali Petitioner No.1 that my friend Seema wanted to meet me and I proceeded to Imam Bux market Malir where Asghar Ali Petitioner No.1 was already present and offered me cold drink after taking cold drink I was unconscious and he made me to sit in the Taxi. When I regained conscious I found myself in one room, where Asghar Ali Petitioner No.1 forcibly obtained my signature on nikhanama and he also committed zina upon me and brought me at High Court Karachi and filed a case in my name. At present I am living with my mother and brother. Today I have come in Court with my brother Muhammad Asif and mother.
It is further stated by the Petitioner No.2 that she want to live with her mother and brother, who are standing outside the Court and also want to go with them. She is allowed to go with her brother and mother.
