2.            Through this application, petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition as the parties have amicably resolved their dispute outside the Court. In support, petitioner has annexed photocopy of a letter dated 23.06.2021 addressed by the Deputy Director (Tech), DHA, Karachi, to the petitioner.
