At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner to the extent of prayer clauses (i), (ii) and (iv) have been redressed while for prayer clause (iii) petitioner intends to approach the relevant forum for the relief, if any, therefore, instant petition be disposed of. Learned Additional AG has no objection. In view of the above, Petition alongwith pending misc. application stands disposed of accordingly.
