Learned counsel for the appellants, under instructions, does not press instant High Court Appeals, as according to learned counsel, the Arbitrator appointed in the instant matters by the Ministry of Law & Justice has expired, however, submits that since the cost of Rs.10,000/- has been imposed vide order dated 16.12.2019, therefore, the same may be dispensed with, as the appellants had no bad intention regarding appointment of such Arbitrator, whereas, the objection was raised on account of terms of the agreement executed between the parties.

Since the appellants do not press instant High Court Appeals and have requested that the cost imposed as referred to hereinabove may be dispensed with, therefore, instant High Court Appeals are dismissed as not pressed, whereas, taking lenient view the order of imposing cost of Rs.10,000/- is hereby set aside.
