It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the detenue is illegal confined by the private respondents within the jurisdiction of District Rahim Yar Khan Province of Panjab. If it is so, then it is outside of criminal appellate jurisdiction of this Court. The instant Crl. Misc. Application u/s 491 Cr.P.C is dismissed along with listed applications with direction to the applicant to approach the Court having jurisdiction.
