                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for her appointment in civil service on the basis of deceased quota. It is stated by her counsel that the petitioner now has died and for this reason he is not pressing the disposal of instant constitutional petition before this Court on merits and would file the same afresh on behalf of one of the legal heirs of the deceased employee. The instant constitutional petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the fresh petition may be filed by any of the legal heir of deceased employee for his appointment in civil service on deceased quota, if it is permitted by law.
