                   At the very outset, it is stated by learned Counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the disposal of this petition before this Court on merits, provided Assistant Commissioner, Bakrani is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within sixty days, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G Sindh. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed as not pressed with direction to Assistant Commissioner, Bakrani to dispose of application of the petitioner in accordance with law within sixty days, hereinafter, if it is pending with him.
