1.                     Urgency granted.

2 to 4.             The petitioners by way of instant constitutional petition have impugned order dated 14.01.2022, passed by Additional Deputy Commissioner-I, Kashmore @ Kandhkot, whereby entry No.286, dated 06.06.1971 was cancelled as fake/managed with direction to Mukhtiarkar, Kandhkot, to maintain the record of rights accordingly. The cancellation of entry in revenue record amounts to denial of rights; therefore, the petitioners may challenge the impugned order by preferring an appeal before the Revenue Appellate Forum or by filing a civil suit before the Civil Court, having jurisdiction under section 42 of Specific Relief Act, 1877.

                        In view of above, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
