                        The petitioner has sought for his appointment in civil service on deceased quota basis. The policy to make appointment of family members of late employees in civil service was introduced in year 2002. The father of the petitioner admittedly has died in year 1992; it was much before introduction of such policy; therefore, the petitioner could not claim his appointment in civil service on the basis of deceased quota. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
