3&4. Through instant High Court Appeal, the appellants have impugned judgment dated 23.09.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in J.M. No.74 of 2016, whereby, according to learned counsel for appellant, an application filed under section 12(2) CPC by the applicant, who is an stranger to the proceedings, has been allowed, whereas, the claim of respondents, which otherwise not valid, was also barred by time.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for 06.04.2022, when reply/objections, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for appellants.
