Agha Faisal, J.         (1) Granted. (3) Granted subject to exceptions. (2,4&5) This petition, filed in 2022, seeks to enforce a purported entitlement of the petitioners to employment as Primary School Teachers,predicated on a competitive recruitment process undertaken in 2012. At the very onset learned counsel was confronted with respect to the issue of laches and he remained unable to account for the ten years' delay in filing of this petition. In view hereof this petition found to be hit by laches, hence, dismissed in limine.
