ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         (2) Granted; subject to exceptions. (1&3) The petitioner claims to have been disenfranchised in certain auction proceedings and submits that the relevant contract has been awarded to undeserving persons, not party herein. At the very onset the petitioner was confronted as to the maintainability hereof. The petitioner admitted that the awarded contract was not placed on the file and even persons to whom the said contract had been awarded have not been impleaded as respondents herein. It is further admitted that the petitioner has not availed the remedy under the SPRA Rules and had directly approached this Court.In view hereof, this petition, being prima facie misconceived, is dismissed in limine.
