ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner, being an employee of the respondent No.2, seeks orders with respect to his retirement, transfer/ postings and such terms and conditions of service. At the very onset he was confronted with regard to the maintainability hereof and asked as to whether the concerned respondent had any statutory rules of service. He remained unable to assist the Court in such regard. Even otherwise the issue of transfer / posting isan internal matter of the employer and not ordinarily justiciable in the writ jurisdiction of this Court. The respondents have filed detailed comments demonstrating that the present petition merits no consideration and further that in any event in earlier petitionpari materia hereto, being Constt. Petition No. D- 495/2014, had already been dismissed by this Court. The petitioner has also sought directions for registration of an F.I.R, however, such a prayer in the present circumstances is barred by the pronouncement of the division bench of this Court reported as PLD 2019 Sindh 168. In conclusion no case has been set forth before this Court to entertain present petition in the discretionary writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition, being misconceived, is hereby dismissed.
