ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitionersseek protection from harassment, which prayer cannot be entertained in the present facts and circumstances in view of the binding Division Bench judgment reported as PLD 2019 Sindh 168. The petitioners further seek to restrain the official respondents from creating a cattle colony on land vesting with the said official respondents. In this regard it is observed that the petitioners are prima facie devoid of any entitlement to determine the use of the land vesting with the Government. It is also observed that since the land admittedly vests with the Government, no locus standi of the petitioners has been demonstrated to maintain this petition in such regard. In view hereof, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
