                        At the very outset, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he would not press disposal of instant petition before this Court on merit, if Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Shahdadkot, is directed to provide true copies of revenue entries, if those are found available in relevant record in name of his late brother Amjad Ali alias Javed Ali, in accordance with law, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G and learned counsel for the private respondent.

                        Order accordingly.
