            Appellant and his counsel are called absent, no intimation is received. On the last several dates of hearing also, appellant and his counsel have not been coming forward to proceed with the matter. Record shows that after having filed instant appeal on 21.06.2018, appellant and his counsel have not remained vigilant, who appear to have lost interest in pursuing instant appeal, whereas, no stay is operating. Accordingly, instant appeal is dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
