            Learned counsel for the appellant, under instructions, submits that the appellant would not press instant High Court Appeal; provided to deposit cost within seven-days in High Court Clinic, as the suit is also at final stage, however, requests that no adverse inference may be drawn by the learned Single Judge pursuant to the observations made in the impugned order.

Accordingly, instant High Court Appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms with direction to the appellant to deposit the cost in High Court Clinic within seven-days from the date of this order.
