Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widow of late Muhammad Aslam S/o Kameer Khan, who was travelling in Millat Express, however, the train met with an accident occurred between rail road station at Dharki on 16.06.2021 and the petitioner’s husband has been died, whereas, petitioner is aggrieved by non-action of the Pakistan Railway Authorities. According to learned counsel, who in spite of the fact that petitioner having filed claim of compensation before Pakistan Railway Authorities as per Pakistan Railway Policy, the petitioner is entitled for compensation in the sum of Rs.15,00,000/-.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents as well as D.A.G, to be served through first three modes, for 26.08.2021, when comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner.
