4&5. Instant High Court Appeal arises against the impugned judgment dated 24.05.2021 and decree dated 26.05.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge, on the original side, of this Court in three Suits Nos.1435/2015, 1191/2016 and 567/2017, whereby, the suit filed by the appellants seeking declaration in respect of certain properties to be benami and the suit filed by the respondent seeking specific performance have been dismissed. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that the learned Single Judge has not considered the evidence produced by the parties, whereas, the respondents could not produce any original title documents.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for 22.09.2021, when objection/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for appellant.
