It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have qualified for their appointment in different posts but they are not being issued appointment and posting orders by the respondents; therefore, they be directed to do the needful.

                   Learned Addl.A.G Sindh while making reference to the comments filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, has sought for dismissal of the instant constitutional petition by contending that they were never interviewed and offer orders, if any with them are fake.

                   We have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

Whether, the petitioners have actually qualified for the posts applied for and were issued offer orders, making them entitled for their appointment or offer orders which they are having are fake, involves factual controversy. No factual controversy could be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed application.
