Mr. Abdul Jabbar Shaikh, Advocate for the applicant.

Facts in brief necessary for disposal of instant Crl.Misc.Application are that an FIR was lodged by the applicant with P.S Rehmatpur, alleging abduction of his daughter Mst.Kanwal. On investigation, the private respondents were let-off by the police finding them to be innocent by placing their names in Column No.2 of the charge sheet; the cognizance whereof was taken by learned trial Magistrate, directing the applicant to apply for joining the private respondents in trial, after bringing on record some material against them, vide order dated 10.08.2021, which is impugned by the applicant      before this Court.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the private respondents are fully implicated in commission of the incident, they were to have been joined by learned trial Magistrate; therefore, the impugned order being illegal is liable to be set aside.

I have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

No wrong has been committed by learned trial Magistrate by way of impugned order, advising the applicant for joining the private respondents at trial, after brining on record some material/evidence connecting them with commission of the incident, which may justify this Court to make interference with it. Consequently, instant Crl.Misc.Application being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed application.
