            No one is in attendance on behalf of the appellant, no intimation is received. On the last date of hearing also, no one was in attendance on behalf of the appellant, whereas, following order was passed:

“None for the appellant, no intimation is received. In the interest of justice, matter is being adjourned for a date to be fixed after four weeks, however, with the caution that if nobody appears on the next date on behalf of the appellant and the office objection is not complied with, instant High Court Appeal, which is pending since 2012, will be dismissed for non-prosecution.”

Today, neither the appellant or his counsel is in attendance, nor office objection has been complied with. Instant appeal is pending since 01.11.2011 without any useful progress. It appears that appellant has lost interest in pursuing instant appeal, which is accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
