            Appellant and his counsel are not in attendance, no intimation is received. On the last date of hearing also, no one was in attendance on behalf of the appellant and the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice.

Instant appeal was filed on 19.08.2019 when appellant had shown appearance in person and requested for time to engage a counsel. Thereafter, counsel was engaged, however, neither the appellant nor his counsel is coming forward to pursue instant appeal. It appears that appellant has lost interest in pursuing instant appeal, which is accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
