Instant High Court Appeal arises against the order dated 16.04.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge, on the original side, of this Court in Suit No.579 of 2014 filed by the appellant, whereby, injunctive relief being sought by the appellant to the extent that the Board of Directors of the respondent’s company may not approve excessive advisory payment made to one director has been rejected. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant had a prima facie case seeking injunctive relief, however, through impugned order, such relief has been declined.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents, to be served through first three modes, for a date to be fixed after four weeks, when objection/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant.
