Instant petition has been filed against order dated 10.05.2018 passed by full bench of National Industrial Relations Commission Islamabad at Karachi (NIRC) in Appeal No.12(09)/2016-S, whereby, according to learned counsel for appellant, the appeal filed by the appellant has been dismissed on account of being barred by limitation, whereas, according to learned counsel, reasonable explanation was given in the application filed seeking condonation of delay.

Mr. Zia-ul-Haq Makhdoom, Advocate has shown appearance on behalf of the respondent No.4, waives notice of instant petition, claims its copy and requests for time to file comments. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to provide copy of the same during course of the day.

Let notice be issued to the D.A.G. for 18.11.2021, when comments/reply, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner.
