Agha Faisal, J.(1). Granted. (2-4). The petitioneris aggrieved by the order dated 24.11.2020, passed by learned IIIrd Additional District Judge, Shikarpur and has filed this petition seeking to have the same set aside.  The said order had also been subject to review, which was dismissed and such findings had not been impugned by the petitioner.  Even otherwise the petition is barred by laches and no justification could be articulated by the learned counsel in such regard.In view hereof this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed in limine.
