ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks construction of a government hospital in her village. The comments filed by the official respondents demonstrate that there is a dispensary in village adjacent to that of the petitioner and the same caters to the immediate vicinity, including the area of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner remained unable to set fortha case for the grant of relief sought and as such no vested right could be demonstrated in such regard. In view hereof this petition is found to be devoid of merit, hence, dismissed.
