                   On 22.10.2008, the case, in which the respondents are facing charge of committing murder of applicant’s brother Abdul Ghaffar Shaikh, was transferred from the Court of I- Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad to that of II-Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, as the applicant/complainant had expressed no confidence in the presiding officer.

                   The case was again transferred back to the Court of I-Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, who made reference to the Sessions Judge for its transfer to any other Court, but the Sessions Judge refused to transfer the case.

                   The respondents have no objection to the transfer of case from the Court of I-Additional Sessions Judge.

                   Since, on the application of the applicant, the case was transferred from the Court of I-Additional Sessions Judge and after its transfer back to the same Court,  its presiding officer also made reference for its transfer to any other Court and the respondents have also no objection for the transfer of case to any other Court, the case bearing Sessions Case No.113/2008, re State v. Umed Ali and others (F.I.R No.7/2006 of P.S City, Jacobabad) is transferred from the Court of I-Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad to that of the Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, for disposal according to law.
