4&5. Instant High Court Appeal has been filed against an order dated 15.12.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge, on the original side, of this Court in Suit No.940 of 2021, whereby, according to the appellant, ad-interim order operating in his favour has been recalled, whereas, pursuant to the aforesaid order, respondents have terminated the appellant from his services. Per appellant, the impugned order has been passed in view of misrepresentation of facts made by the respondents.

Syed Mustafa Ali, Advocate has shown appearance on behalf of the respondent Bank, waives notice of instant appeal, claims its copy alongwith annexures and requests for time to file objection/reply. Appellant undertakes to supply copy of the same within seven days. Let objections/reply, If any, shall be filed before next date with advance copy to the appellant.
