ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The present petition was filed in 2018 seeking reinstatement of the petitioner, where from he was allegedly terminated in 2009. At the very onset the learned counsel was confronted with the issue of laches, however, he remained unable to provide any cogent justification for the inordinate delay. In view hereof, this petition is found to be hit by laches, hence, dismissed.
