03.                   It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the behavior and attitude of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, with the applicants is very harsh, therefore, in all fairness, the case of the applicants be transferred to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.

                        Nothing has been brought on record which may suggest that in what manner the attitude of learned trial Judge is found to be harsh with the applicants. No criminal case could be transferred from one to other Court on the basis of false and self procured grounds. Consequently, the instant criminal transfer application is dismissed in limine.
