                   After going through the comments filed by the Chairman, District Council, Larkana, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the disposal of instant constitutional petition before this Court on merits provided the petitioner is permitted to exhaust his remedy before his department or any other forum in accordance with law.
