ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         (1) Granted. (2) Deferred. (3) Granted, subject to all just exceptions. (4) The petitioner has assailed an office order issued by the Principal, SMBBMU Larkana, whereby a residential quarter has been allotted to an employee thereof. The challenge to the order is that the said allotment has been made upon termination of the allotment in favor of the petitioner, who had merely been given the rights to reside admittedly upon mere humanitarian grounds. Learned counsel was asked to demonstrate any right of the petitioner to retain the government accommodation and he remained unable to do so.In view of the foregoing, no case appears to have been made out for the exercise of discretionary writ jurisdiction of this Court and this petition is hereby dismissed in limine.
